Choose from mouthwatering dishes like our Phyllo Triangles filled with Pistachios, Dates and Stilton Blue Cheese and Chive Crepe Cornets with Smoked Trout. Try our BBQ Salmon served on Crackers with capers and a touch of sour creme. To point out a few more, our all time favorites are Mushroom & Goat Cheese Bruschetta, Mushrooms “Jennifer” and skewered Chicken Ravioli with Lemon-Parmesan Dip.

Shrimp in Pineapple

We serve skewered Brazilian Coconut Shrimp, large Tiger Shrimp marinated in a zesty coconut sauce and decoratively presented in fresh pineapples or coconuts.  Alternatively, we offer large skewered Shrimp wrapped in Bacon, freshly grilled at your home.

On a hot summer night, you might enjoy ice cold Gazpacho, which we serve in convenient shot glasses.

As a rule of thumb, for pre-dinner nibbles order 2 to 3 pieces per person, per hour. For cocktail parties, when appetizers are being served in place of a sit-down meal, select a greater variety. Allow 4 to 6 pieces per person per hour. Our Finger Food trays hold a minimum of 48 pieces. Our Mixed Platters serve 40 to 50 people.
